hosting issues, or anything else that you would like us to work on. Support
tickets are instantly delivered to the Rubberneck.Net employee who can most
quickly and efficiently resolve the problem. Customers receive a ticket number
to enable them to track the status of current and past trouble tickets.

Server outage issues or other extremely urgent support issues can be phoned in
directly to our office at 413.527.8520. We are notified of new voicemail messages
